本會日前提及校方將檢討職級及薪酬架構、薪酬調整機制（包括生活指數調整），大學將於5月8日（下星期一）舉辦兩場溝通會，交代檢討細節，屆時大學聘請的顧問公司代表亦會出席。是次檢討影響深遠，本會鼓勵會員積極參與溝通會，表達看法和意見。 由於校方已於5月4日中午截止報名溝通會，未及報名者，請於明日 (5月5日) 下午5時前填妥以下連結 https://forms.gle/T2VwAALiKs2M92d59 ，本會集齊後將代為向校方報名。溝通會詳情如下： (檢討職級與薪酬架構及薪酬調整機制溝通會)

威爾斯親王醫院的同事︰穿梭巴士 (座位最多為六十個) 將於上午11:30 及下午 1:40 由威爾斯親王醫院(威院) 開出，並於每場溝通會完結後接載乘客返回威院。
本會亦歡迎同事於會後與本會分享看法和意見，我們將建議及想法加以整理成意見書轉達給校方。

CUEGU has earlier mentioned the University would carry out “Reviews of Grading and Pay Structure, and General Pay Adjustment Mechanism” (including cost of living adjustment). The University will host two Communication Sessions* which more details about the review are to be released. Representatives from the consultant firm appointed by the University to conduct the review will also be present. Since the review will have a far-reaching impact to us, we highly encourages members to join these communication sessions and express our opinions. (Communication Session on Reviews of Grading and Pay Structure, and General Pay Adjustment Mechanism) Since the registration link for the Communication Session was already closed this (May 4) noon, colleagues can contact us via this link https://forms.gle/T2VwAALiKs2M92d59 by May 5 (tomorrow), 5pm. We will gather the information to the Human Resource Office and register for colleagues.

For colleagues from Prince of Wales Hospital: A coach (60 seats only) will be departing from Prince of Wales Hospital at 11:30 am and 1:40 pm, and providing return trips after the respective communication session ends.
CUEGU welcomes colleagues to share their views and opinions after the meeting. We shall collect members’ opinions and suggestions and prepare a submission to the University.
